An expression of interest process is underway to engage an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation to lead work on developing the preferred service delivery model.

Background

The family centred approaches project is for Aboriginal families with complex needs in contact with multiple agencies. It will provide holistic and coordinated support for individuals and families, when family members are involved in the justice system and other agencies. A core component of the project is to incorporate cultural healing and strengthening approaches into justice services and programs to enhance positive connections to family, community and culture and improve strength, resilience and wellbeing.
